The "web site" provides, inter alia, the visitors / users / members the opportunity to take part in a series of public debates. By participating in the Forum guests or members can express their personal views via text messages, for which retain the intellectual property, if and only if there are no intellectual property of others. The views should be expressed with decency, kindness and discretion and should not affect or prejudice in any manner persons and situations. The content of the messages does not express the administrator or the representatives of the forum.
Participation in these discussions requires compliance with certain rules to ascertain the level of discussion and to avoid misunderstandings among the members. For the smooth conduct of the debates have been placed, except the administrator, coordinators of local or general level of access. Each publication shall not contain text that may be abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, pornographic, ironic, very strong orientation (eg religious, political, sports, etc.), "links" to other sites containing such parties or illegal content. Also prohibited is any publication that has attached files that contain illegal software, viruses or other software that can damage the systems of other members. Generally these messages must not contain items that can expose the "website" and the members thereof as well as lead to criminal acts or contrary to the Greek and European legislation and international conventions.
It is also prohibited to post publications only with CAPITAL letters. The use of capital letters can be translated to the increased volume of voice and creates a bad impression to those who participate in the discussions.
These terms and conditions of the site and any modification or alteration thereof, shall be governed and complemented by Greek law, EU law and international treaties.
Any provision of these terms, contrary to the law ceases to apply and remove from the present, without in any way affect the validity of other conditions.
This constitutes the entire agreement between the operator and the visitor / user pages and services, not only binds them. No modification of these terms should be taken into account and be a part of this agreement, unless expressed in writing and incorporated in it.
